Kyle Achatz, COTA, KTP
Kyle obtained an Associate degree from Schoolcraft College and is a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant. She began her career with SJMHS in 1994. Kyle is certified by the Kinesio Taping Association as a practitioner and has extensive experience with hand therapy, acute occupational therapy and the work hardening program. Kyle works in the Return to Work Program as well as the Canton Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation location.

Leanne Camara, PT, BA
Leanne is a graduate of the University of Michigan and is a licensed physical therapist. She began her career with Saint Joseph Mercy Health System (SJMHS) in 1989, coming from Mount Carmel Hospital in Detroit. At the beginning of her career Leanne was the team leader of the inpatient orthopedic floor and a mentee of Dr. Hing. She treated multiple hand/upper extremity injuries and overuse syndromes. Leanne is currently treating patients at the outpatient clinic in Canton where she treats a variety of orthopedic outpatients with special interest in upper quarter, lower extremity and total joint patients. In addition, Leanne has experience working for Home Care and Hospice.

Lori Feldman, PT
Lori is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson University and is a licensed physical therapist. She has experience in various clinical settings, but has focused her attention on outpatient orthopedic/sports medicine since 1991. Her special interests include: lumbopelvic dysfunction, post surgical shoulder and knee injuries, as well as, total joint rehabilitation and working with student athletes.

Matt is a graduate of Henry Ford Community College's Physical Therapy Assistant program. He works with both outpatient and inpatient for St. Joseph Mercy Health System. Matt enjoys working with joint replacement patients and athletes returning to sport.
Tammy Morrison, MPT
Tammy has a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa. Prior to joining the team at Saint Joseph Mercy Health System in 2004, Tammy worked in Illinois for 6 years in inpatient rehabilitation including: orthopedics, amputee rehabilitation, prosthetics, wound care, and patients with neurological deficits. Tammy currently practices at the Canton Outpatient Clinic. Her interests include orthopedics, joint replacement, neuro rehabilitation and prosthetic training.

Denise Patterson, PT
Denise is a graduate of Oakland University and is a licensed physical therapist. Denise began her career with Saint Joseph Mercy Health System in 1981 after working briefly in a private practice out patient setting. She has many interests, but specializes in working with patients with somatic spinal dysfunction. She has attended several manual therapy post –graduate courses that emphasize treatment of back and neck conditions. Denise incorporates muscle energy techniques that she learned from attending courses at Michigan State University along with muscle re-education techniques in her daily practice.

Matthew Tomaszewski, PT, OCS
Matt is a graduate of Northwestern University Medical School and has been certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties since 1994. Matt came to the Saint Joseph Mercy Health System in 1996. In addition to general orthopedic rehabilitation and hands-on manual therapy, his clinical interests include sports medicine, total joint replacements and spinal dysfunction. Matt has studied with well-known physical therapists including Stanley Paris, Mariano Rocabado and Mark Bookhout.

Julia Weinberg, BS, MSPT
Julia has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Duke University. She is an outpatient therapist at the Canton Health Building. Julia has special interests in balance and gait as it relates to the neurologically impaired and geriatric population. Julia has also pursued training in Pilates and it’s use in core stabilization. She has been with the Saint Joseph Mercy Health System since 2000.
