Saint Joseph Mercy Health System provides home care through our comprehensive health care program. Designed for short-term needs or rehabilitation, this program provides a full range of services to help patients recover and live as comfortably and independently as possible.
Through our Home Care program, you will work with an interdisciplinary team of medical professionals dedicated to meeting your home health needs. Our services meet the highest medical standards and are certified by the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. We also belong to the Michigan Home Health Association.
