Saint Joseph Mercy Health System’s Cardiopulmonary Services provides respiratory care and non-invsasive cardiology (diagnostic testing) services. Our pulmonary lab and cardiology labs have state-of-the-art equipment and our Echo Lab is accredited.
The Saint Joseph Mercy Health System cardiology department is staffed by registered respiratory therapists and certified respiratory therapists, who perform respiratory care and non-invasive cardiology. Our department also includes echosonographers who are all certified and a certified technician who performs non-invasive cardiology. Additional services are provided at SJMHS locations by Michigan Heart & Vascular Institute.

- Cardiac stress testing; stress thallium, stress cardiolite, persatine rhalium
- Echocardiogram, with Doppler, contrast echo, and contrast stress echo
