Area’s First Call-Ahead ER Now at St. Joe’s Saline
SALINE, Mich. (Jan. 22, 2012) – When you have an emergency, the last thing you want to do is wait at the ER. St. Joseph Mercy Saline is now offering the area’s first Call-Ahead ER ™ program.
For most medical emergencies, patients simply call 734-429-0200, provide basic information and estimated time of arrival, and doctors and nurses at St. Joseph Mercy Saline emergency department will be waiting for them.
Located at 400 W. Russell Street in Saline, St. Joseph Mercy Saline’s emergency department ranks in the top percentile of patient satisfaction scores for courtesy, friendliness, promptness and respect in surveys conducted by Press Ganey.
Most importantly, the team of board-certified emergency room physicians and specially trained ER nurses deliver care with wait times that are significantly less than most other emergency departments.

The emergency department at St. Joseph Mercy Saline Hospital is open 365 days a year and 24 hours a day.
