To complement our team we have skilled social workers available to help find community and hospital resources so individuals can function well when back in a home environment. A Fast Track area is available in the Emergency Department that specializes in caring for urgent conditions that can be treated quickly.
We also offer Michigan's First Senior Emergency DepartmentSM. This program is the first of its kind in Washtenaw county and exclusively dedicated to meeting the needs of patients age 65 and up, their caregivers and family. During the triage (assessment) process, a nurse interviews the patient to determine if senior emergency careSM is right for you. As the program is personalized, you determine if you want to be treated within the Senior ERSM environment.
Sick and injured children can receive emergency medical treatment in a completely separate, child focused environment. Our Pediatric Emergency Department is staffed by Board Certified Physicians specializing in Pediatric Emergency care and is supported by our complete compliment of Pediatric Services.
We offer three off-site Urgent Cares located in Ann Arbor (Maple Urgent Care), Canton (Canton Urgent Care) and Saline (Saline Urgent Care) for your convenience. Urgent Cares are able to assist patients with an illness or injury that does not appear life-threatening such as ankle sprains, wounds requiring stitches and illness such as a cold or flu.
